Other being expert in Artificial Intelligence and especially on Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies I also developed competences in designing and directing complex projects during last 10 years as described in my work esperience section below.
That's why I am naturally curious, with a critical spirit and marked ability to think outside the box, to look at things from an unusual perspective, always looking for the details that make a difference as to generate new archetype solutions to solve existing problems.
I love arts such as music, dance, photography and traveling around the world to meet people with different cultures and habits, in which I project to adopt Artificial Intelligence technologies to change the habits and the experiences in our day life.

I acted as IBM Chief of Technologies in Public Sector (Account Technical Leader) to drive the digital transformation in Italian Government. I have been Member of Academy of Technology since 2018 and today I’m Chairman of Technical Expert Council Italy and Leader of Data and AI Community both affiliates of IBM Academy of Technology that under my leadership obtained the maximum IBM global recognition "distinguished status".
I leaded IBM team to gain space in digital transformation by adopting hybrid-cloud infrastructure and AI technologies furthering new trends as Generative AI by IBM watsonx adoption and LLMs governance by EU AI Act.
I have been one of the most contributor in elevating IBM Italian Technical Team as well as Data and AI global Community other than having been member of the IBM European Government Industry Academy Affiliate with Platinum badge Certification.
I directed digital transformation projects building trusted relations with the CTOs of several Italian Public Administrations as MIBACT, COMUNE-MI, SOGEI, CINECA.
I empowered the Italian Client Technical Architects in driving the transformation strategy defined in the “Plan 2020-2022 for the PA Digital Transformation by AGID.
I built my experience as IT Senior Architect in different divisions (Information Management, Software Group, Analytics and Global Market) where I designed and guided the implementation of IT infrastructures inspired by innovative and thinking outside-the-lines approach to support IBM clients in many industries including: Central and Local Government, Retails, Logistics.
Noteworthy is the IM & Analytics architecture integration design for RASIF project in SOGEI signed in December 2015.

I Design Generative AI architecture in a hybrid-cloud and on-premises only infrastructure to build business-oriented artificial intelligence solutions to solve real business problems increasing the efficiency and the effectiveness of the daily activities in the enterprises.
I Design the Integration Architectures to operationalize Generative AI technologies in Central Government to increase efficiency and reliability of the services for the citizens by leveraging on IBM watsonx platform capabilities.
I promoted a strategic project for zSystem modernization in Sogei, with several activities that involved IBM zSystem Champions in technology enablement, IBM zSystem SMEs in zSystem discovery university and Client Engineering Team in Hands-On Lab, other than AoT initiatives that focused Sogei decision makers in continuing to invest in zSystem with the z16 request for acquisition
I involved the CxO of Comune-MI in a Digital Transformation process to move the citizens at center. I rearchitecting the existing IT Siloed Applications with an envisioned Interoperable Microservices hybrid-cloud infrastructure according to the objectives and strategies defined in the “Plan 2020-2022 for the PA Digital Transformation in Italy” by AGID.
Through an out-the-box thinking and leveraging on innovative frameworks, I started a new trend of dismantling the PA “status-quo” by proposing outstanding solutions that made IBM to grow up in White Spaces against the competitions creating trusted and strong CTO relationships as: I) MIBACT Archaeological Pompei Park: Disable people monitor solution, Holy See: Secured Information Infrastructures solution, iii) Comune-MI: Hybrid-Cloud Infrastructure solution for application modernization, iv) Cineca: Cognitive Solution for Students Advisor.
I have been appointed as Executive Architect in Global Market and has started to guide the digital Transformation in Government leveraging on Smart Cities Solutions, IoT technologies, AI and Hybrid-Cloud technologies leading projects that moved the Government Agencies closer to the people, re-thinking the processes around the citizens’ needs.
